Conference Transportation Information

Our venue, the Esplendor Resort at Rio Rico, is approximately 53 miles south of the Tucson International Airport. To facilitate convenient travel to and from the event, Celebration Publications is arranging shuttle transportation to and from the airport at the rate of $10 each way.

On Wednesday, April 11, shuttles will leave the airport approximately every two hours; however advanced reservation and prepayment are required.

Transportation back to the airport will be provided following the end of our conference on Friday, April 13.

To facilitate transportation, we ask that you provide your flight numbers and arrival and departure times when making your conference reservations. If you don't have your travel information at the time you register for the conference, please be sure to call us at 1-800-333-7373 when your flight itinerary is available. We need your flight details and prepayment in order to finalize your transportation reservation.

Car rental: Conference attendees are eligible for a special car rental discount through Enterprise Car Rental. Reservations can be made online at www.enterprise.com, enter account number L508613 and promotional code "CEL." Cabs: Cabs are available from the airport. Expect to pay approximately $80-$90 one way.
